Yeah, forgiving people's debt after 10 years (when government workers are actually better jobs than private sector) is a great incentive to get people to pay off their loans at all. Or for anyone to give them a loan if they know a good chunk of it is going to be a write off.

Person, have you heard of Jandek? I find the existence of such a person fascinating. The songs on Youtube are also pretty good.

I like this song, but I didn't like the electric songs, it needs the acoustic for that brittle quality. The good thing about Jandek, though, is that you can buy the albums directly from him for $8 (free shipping). And if you need a LOT of Jandek, orders of 20 or more are half off. That might be excessive, though.
