I never will. It's such a wonderful album.

Haha, nice move there. Wink

You've heard it then? Or just using the track name?

Ugh, I just drummed along to Mirage. Damn difficult stuff for my skills. Just can't keep up with Ward on Freefall and Earthrise especially.

That's a good enough rec. for me. I really need to hear that; maybe I'll hear it soon because my birthday's approaching.

I'm listening to my current 2009 album of the year.

I predict that HoL will be #2 on the PA 2009 list.

Not yet, but alphabetically I am up to Carptree on listening to songs on my iPod, so Casualties of Applied Metaphysics are just around the corner and both albums will take their respective spins in their respective places.

I don't think so (though it's currently my #1)...

Phideaux's new one is holding strong at 4.78 with like over 40 ratings (though only three of those are reviews, so there's that), and maudlin of the Well is holding strong for real for real (lots of reviews).

Not much of a Camel fan, really... though Moonmadness is pretty decent.

Haha, good luck with that. LOL

No, seriously, I hope you at least somewhat enjoy those experiences. Just be careful of Ex Anima; it's pretty "out there". Both of those albums are pretty abstract.

I wouldn't change a single note; I love the way they turned out... but I think the next one should be easier for a wider spectrum of people to enjoy because I compose dealing more with concrete subjects rather than what's going on inside of a guy's head who was born on an island and surrounded by a cult his whole life.
