When I heard Ronnie Brown was down for the season I was thinking Phins were done.
They don't have a great set of receivers (their best are Davone Bess and Ted Ginn....) a n00b QB and the heart of their offense is down.
But, maybe Ricky CAN carry the team and not just be a complimentary role.

I've always liked him. Good guy, smart and had his issues to deal with while being a huge star. I'm glad his career has rebounded.

The Vikings made it look so easy today. Favre was ridiculously good passing for 88% Completion with 4 TDS. People at 40 aren't supposed to do this. The Vikings are a force. I can't wait til they face the Bears. Favre has some scores to settle with them.

They looked bored it was so easy, like they were playing a scrimmage team.  Pulled Favre after 3 quarters to let Jackson play.

My concern is that the Vikes have too many easy teams.....how will they stack up against the Saints in the post season?

Nothing helps the Thanksgiving overeating indigestion along faster then watching the Lions embarass themselves on national TV.  LOL

That was damn close though and Cleveland really should have won (why would you interfere on a hail Mary that clearly wasn't going to happen?). Oh well, it was an exciting game and I'm glad Detroit won. I'm just so fed up with The Browns that it's gotten to that point of resigned laughter.

I reached that stage a few years ago.  The game was blacked out here, and I didn't even bother turning it on on the radio.  There was once a time when it was unthinkable for me to miss a game, but those days have passed on.  Maybe someday things will turn around, but I am thinking that I will wait for that day to come again before I jump back on the bandwagon.

Went to the Bucs game today, arrived early 9:30am, tailgated, had fun, bought a ticket for $10.. started in the nose bleeds, by the 2nd qtr was on the 30 yard line Tongue

Freeman had a rough day, no blitzes, they decided to cover and see what the kid could do..  Probably attend the Jets game too, but that will be it for the year..

Can you really move around at football games?  It's been ages since I've went, but these days I would expect security to be pretty anal about guys heading for the stage, so to speak...

No I scoped the section out, there were like 8 empty seats the entire first quarter, and then its a matter of timing to get by the section guard, full hands help, and knowing where you are going LOL

Oh and being 1-9 helps also..

Went to the Giants game today!
It was a must win for them, and they won. I know that's the bottom line...but,

that defense is terrible. And that's being nice about it.

Great win for the Chiefs!!!

If Cundiff didn't miss that 30 yard chip shot we would have beat Indy by 1 point.

I don't blame the guy though,he made 5 out of six,and that is better than what Hauschka would have done.I blame our offense,it's a damn crime when we can't score 1 offensive td in a whole game.

Peyton has been a little int happy the past two weeks. Had a real shot to win that one.

Weird NFL week. Can't believe the Bengal Oakland game happened. Reminds me of the special teams blunder that cost the Bills in their first game. Obviously the Bengals didn't have the lead and anything can happen with the NFL's nonsensical OT system, but still games shouldn't be lost like that.

Sloppy game for the Eagles. Our secondary needs to get healthy real quick. Cutler left at least 11 easy points on the field.

Yeah, Bears should've won that game.
I missed the fist 3 quarters, but I did see a WIDE open receiver running 3 steps ahead of the Eagles D and Cutler just flat out missed.
THAT is why I do not want a "gunslinger" QB. I never got why that sounded so appealing. Favre is not a gunslinger, he will check down, throw short, do what he needs. Not just bomb it out there every time. Ah well, was hoping for the Eagles and Cowboys would go down Cry Giants need all the help they can get

Great game! It may not be prime time, but that Titans/Texans rivalry really is intense. So many fights broke out.

I've been pretty rough on Vince Young, rightfully so IMO, but he may be developing into a good QB. He's been doing pretty good at a drop back, stay in the pocket passer and has looked patient. Takes off to run only when he needs.
The Young/Johnson combo is damn explosive and glad to see Kenny Britt have a good game. (May not go to Rutgers but still my home school).

Have to wonder why the Texans tried a QB run, instead of a pass to shorten that FG. Even hand it to the back. 3 or 4 yards would've helped. Ah well...
Texans have a pretty good team, but congrats to the Titans.

I thought it was a great game all around. Some stupid decision by Texans players ended up costing them the game with penalties I think. The refs blew a call, saying a clean tackle was a horse collar, but besides that it was the Texan's fault.

Johnson is such a beast, especially when you consider the amount of touches he takes.
