I think Pnoom! needs to be hunted down and destroyed for making this thread. This is getting out of hand now.

No more, it's killing this thread.
That, and it's not funny.

Has poist rock sold out to the masses?
I say no. It's just become hip.

Yeah, well. I don't like the way this thread is going as of late, and I much prefer the classic STC of lore that was actually funny.

This is the kinda thing we're talking about.
edit; At least it's a step up from "POIST! *runs*" being quoted for truth twice.
Eugh.

Wait as in, you mean that my post still sucked anyway but was a step up from the word I shall not mention in this post, or that my post was okay and representative of the sort of humor you actually want in this thread?

Poist was never funny in the first place... hence the Moist jokes, which also are not funny.

Guys, I know I should be recording my vocals but mein mother has been heavily pestering me the last few days (thank-you notes after my birthday and my procrastination of writing said notes) so I really haven't had a free moment.

Oh, right. It was that one we were discussing on AIM, remember? Well, just in case you don't, it's basically just a slow jam that all the intrumental bits have already been done for. I think the plan was that I was going to scream out propaganda in Russian at various intervals throughout the song, while at other various intervals you read out quotes (in English) from notable commies, or excerpts from the Manifesto. You could do some searching if you want for quotes, and I have a copy of the Manifesto so I could read through that to find some.

Coming right up. Josh edited bits of it, but it's only the distortion on the guitars so we'll just add yours to the other version later.
Tomorrow is STC's One Year Anniversary.

I always end up having a blast when we get down to work on songs. Maybe if Jake recorded hs. bass more.
