Can you expand on this?

What's wrong with multiple choice? You do the same amount of work either way.

Math tests also make me feel anger, as well as frustration and sometimes panic.

Everything is multiple choice when you think about it:

a) answer the question
b) don't answer the question

The only one of those bands I really listen to any more is Ulver, and I only like their first 3 albums and have only gotten into them recently.

I've mostly been listening to Emperor, Drudkh, Negura Bunget, and Carpathian Forest. I feel like carp(athian forest) k.

In college, I thought I might become a math major.  I'd had two semesters of calculus in high school.  My first semester in my freshman year college, I took Multi-Variable Calculus, which is basically calculus in 3-D (not just an X and Y axis, but a Z axis too, which is hard to draw on a 2-D piece of paper).  It was so incredibly hard that I figured I'd reached the maximum level of math that my brain could withstand, and didn't take any more math classes after that.  It didn't help that I was on the baseball team, and had practice or games several hours per day, including a large chunk of the weekend, so studying was hard to get done.

I ended up quitting the baseball team, joining the jazz band, and becoming a philosophy major.  Much more laid back.

I don't remember how to "do" calculus, but the concepts underlying calculus are central to a lot of things I do at work - rates of change, trending analysis, w**king off in the bathroom, etc.

Just kidding about that last part.

(etc)

Yea, once you get into Calculus you can kiss your multiple choice (and your calculator for that matter) goodbye.
