I can grasp concepts fairly easily, I just never practice at anything, so I hardly improve, if at all

Last year, when I was going through really tough times and constantly frustrated/angry, I had a notepad of paper that I would just write whatever was in my head into until I didn't feel like it anymore. I almost always felt better afterwards.

I still have that notepad, I'm scared to read anything on it.
