At least the Doors' debut doesn't suffer from that, I'm always delighted of how short their songs are (most of them). Just the good songs and no repetition or anything.

I definitely prefer The Doors over Krautrock any day of the week.

You prefer a band over an entire genre?

Bodin, I forgot how he sounds while listening to him.

Often generic.

But I like his playing quite a bit, and he's very good on that album.  Yet the compositions themselves are wanting.

And as I mention in the review many times, the vocals are atrocious.

Epignosis, did I ever mention that I liked your review of OK Computer?

I don't think so.  I appreciate that.  OK Computer is a marvelous album.

Hope you don't like Kid A though...EmbarrassedEvil Smile

It has some good moments, but overall it just isn't that good.

Kid A and Amnesiac both have lots of great moments but as whole albums aren't really my favourites from them. I might like Yorke's The Eraser more. I Might Be Wrong is a pretty cool live album.

No, it's just awesome to the max. Big smile

Mostly.

Rumours of System of a Down returning have started to go around. I'm skeptical, anything less than a five star masterpiece of genius would be a disappointment.

Gosh, I just had a scare.  Gracenote wasn't working.

I had to re-install WinAMP.

'tis working now though.  Phew!
