Well that was hard, he's friends with 6 of my friends already. LOL

He's probably on there... do you want me to say hello to you?  You have to send a photo though, or he won't believe me. LOL

Teehee.

Nick Didkovsky Brian May at the Met last night... he was promoting his new book of stereoscopic images. Handed him a Doctor Nerve CD. Nice guy!

I still can't listen to Made in Heaven (I have heard but it's just too depressing to hear now).

I still think Innuendo is one of, if not their, best album.

I have a weird and almost entirely implausible and whacky theory.

I don't think there were ever such a thing as true Knights.  Yes there were Knights but they weren't like the Knights of the Round Table.  I don't think anyone like them ever existed.

Don't ask me why I think that.

It's plausible, I guess.

I have no problem with MIH. It's the These Are The Days Of Ours Lives video that I cannot watch.

And NO! Inny is not their best- far from it. That would be Queen II. My favourite is A Day at The Races though.

Knights there were. It those from the round table that weren't 'real' knights as we see in the movies. It was sometime around the fall of the Western Roman Empire - i.e 'the dark ages'. The other ones were medieval and the real knights.

Innuendo is the best album they made since the 1970s.

Ah yes, those videos are depressing indeed.  I was a huge Queen fan at the time of Freddie's death but not that huge of a Queen fan as I somehow never got to hear Queen II.  My favourite album probably their debut though.  Lots of raw energy, no cheesy pop elements, no horrid synths and much proggier too.

I know I'd probably enjoy Queen II though, as well as Sheer Heart Attack (another I somehow missed).

That's pretty much what I'm getting at.

I'm talking those heroic knights written about in the annals.  Knights existed but they likely weren't all-conquering solo fighters.  They were likely quite skilled though.
