No way I can decide. I haven't heard much music (at least in comparison to most of the people here), but still there are so many albums/songs I love to death.

Ever since I discovered Ayreon a few years back, I've been soooooo hooked on Isis and Osiris off the Electric Castle album. So amazing !
Echoes from PF also springs to mind, as does The Gates of Delerium by Yes, Starless by KC... we are so blessed as puny humans to be graced with so much wonderful music !

Please drop me a message with album suggestions.

If several bands get together in a concert and performed a 2 hour medley of many of my favorites with musicians rotating in and out for the many instruments and sounds involved, I don't think I'd have any problem choosing.
BUT, that's not an option (that I know of). Shine on You Crazy Diamond (the whole thing) is my go-to favorite. One of the few songs I could listen to anytime, anywhere, and repeatedly without tire. It's a fantastic and amazing intro/outro on an already wonderful album. I can't think of another album that ends quite as beautifully.
