Well...Brazil is becaming a point for nice concerts...i am 14 so i didnt have chance to go to all the concerts, but i went to sepultura, W.A.S.P., Jethro tull with orchestra , and this weekend i m going to Hatebreed

Yes, Gryphon (amazing, they supported Yes and blew them off stage), Druid, Horslips (lots), Camel (Smow Goose & Moonmadness tours), Rush (Farewell to Kings tour), Runrig (lots) Wishbone Ash (lots), Budgie, Marillion & Jethro Tull (on the same bill!!!! - that was some festival), Focus, Golden Earring, Bebop de Luxe plus a lot of minor bands.

Great news, just read Jethro is comming to Perú on September, I'm going to see them for the third time in my own country.

I thought that Ian would never come again after he broke his leg in the last concert here.

Genesis (Duke tour - no interest after that)

Asia - 1x, debut tour, I bought tickets before the album came out (ouch!)

Unfortunately, the prog giants don't tour anymore, and the lesser known bands rarely tour, especially to places like Colorado.
