I know one, but I don't know if it's symphonic.

Robert Fripp:Guitar, Mellotron, Soundscapes
Jaco Pastorius: Fretless Bass, Bass Guitar
Patrick Moraz:main Keyboards
Bill Bruford:Drums, Percussion
Mel Collins:Saxophone
David Cross:Violin, additional Keyboards
Ian Anderson:Lead Vocal, Flute

It's like a mixture of jazz/fusion, symphonic, prog folk, and metal.

Just let the Synclavier do the work.

My Super Group would have the following line-up, If it were possible to get them to work together.

Neal Morse-Vocals, from Transatlantic
Yngwie Malmsteen-Guitar
Mark Robertson- Keyboards, from Cairo
Bill Bruford-Drums
Doug Shreeve-Bass, from Planet X

One could only imagine what type of music that could be made.

Piano & Hammond:   Keith Emerson
Synths:    Tony Banks
Drums:   Neil Peart
Percussions:    Bill Bruford

I would also like some vibraphone but I cant think of any players in symphonic prog, although Spyro Gyra's Dave Samuels would do a nice job.  Ah, and some harp here and there, but hopefully someone better than Jon Anderson Wink  any suggestions? (otherwise we bring back Harpo Marx) LOL
