1. Going For The One 2. Close To The Edge 3. Fragile 4. The Yes Album 5. Tales From Topographic Oceans
I hate to leave Relayer off, but I've found that I don't listen to it as often as these others. Is it Moraz? Not sure. I think it has more to do with its sort of harsh edge...it's got an angry subcurrent that i find a tad jarring. But maybe that's just me.

Sorry, Roger. I did not notice this thread. Had I, I would have been the first to respond!
Anyway, my list is fairly easy, I think.
1. Tales from Topographic Oceans 2. Close to the Edge 3. Relayer 4. The Yes Album 5. Fragile (or The Ladder or Magnification or Going for the One....this one is a fill-in-the-blank, really)

1.) CTTE 2.) TFTO 3.) Relayer 4.) Fragile 5.) GFTO
saying The Yes Album & Drama are honorary mentions is, of course, an understatement

Actually chopper I used the search function and there has not been such a topic. There was one of put all the albums in order, but that was all. This is different, more specific, and dare I say, a bit easier.
Incidentally, my "Wow, what a great response" remark was a little attempted touch of that thing that us fellow Englishman call "humour". |
it wasn't that funny, you should work on your "humour", or maybe try some good old american "humor"

Nice to see some appreciation for that one. I took a looong hiatus from trying out any new Yes albums after the abomination that is Talk only to find out that The Ladder and Magnification were really solid albums.

It's called " irony", while it doesn't make you laugh, it's always pleasant to receive a ironic "joke", something to add the conversation, and in this case to bump the thread in a friendly way
