Sorry Dude-man, Shrinkage is no excuse for a small tallywacker. One only reduces in size by 7 pi'd x 8.322222 over 16inches in conditions cooler then say 48 degrees Fahrenheit. Basically that means for your tallywacker to shrink to the size noted and co
