Very hard to choose, actually. I have gone for Relayer, as it was always underrated when it came out. Yes fans said at the time - 'what? no Rick Wakeman?' - but it has gone on to be a classic. Probably I would place Fragile second, and GFTO or CTTE third. Keystudio deserves consideration too, by far the best of the later stuff.

Althought my favourite YES line up is the one from Fragile/Close to the
edge, I voted Relayer. Its an amazing album, very fresh. The band play
with great abandon. In a way I find it very similar to Close to the edge,
maybe because they have both 3 songs and I find To Be Over very much
like And You And I (not that they are equal, but share the same feeling).
Actually its very hard to choose the best.
But right know I'm going for Relayer.

It's funny but I would have thought of voting automatically for CttE, Fragile or Relayer, but checking my playcount on media player, it is The Yes Album. So that's what got the vote.
Any threads on what people's most played album is?

- Close to the Edge
- Yes Album
- Fragile
- Going for the One
- Relayer
all 5 of those are masterpieces in my opinion.

Toss up between CTTE, Tales, and Relayer. They are all very different and equally great.
