I just think of those legacy-tarnishing albums that The Stooges and the New York Dolls have put out as of late... self-parody is what springs to mind.

They made a decision to hang it up all those years ago, in my opinion they should have honored that.  For Bonzo, for Peter Grant, and their fans sake.  If they want to keep working, fine, do a project, but do it as a new band instead of just exploiting the name Led Zeppelin.
 
Do we need another group like the Stones, who look like the California Raisins, running around and shaking their arses in their 60s?

good luck to them and i hope they release a new album of songs - they have every right to exploit the name Led Zeppelin,  after all many others have already been doing this for yearsWink
 
still wish i'd got a ticket though...Ermm
