2 PM???? You mean after a night of hard-partying?
Usually 11PM - 3AM.

One of the reasons I am glad I get my first 2 periods off on Tuesday and Thursday.

I try not to drink much tea or coffe during the evening, so that I will
be tired enough to fall asleep around midnight. I get up at 7 in the
morning.
Of course, during weekends this system often goes insanely off track. I have gone to bed at 11AM during weekends.

11-1 these days. I don't have much caffeine anymore (maybe 3-4 cups of coffee a week and no soda) as I used to. In the olden days, I would drink 2-3 cups a day and stay up until 3 (even on school days) .

When I was living in a student dorm, I went to bed at about 2.30 AM.
When I got a girlfriend / fiancée / wife: at about midnight (she was and is a morning person).
Not that I have a little daughter: at 11 PM. At least... I try. I'm still a nightfly every now and then.

I usually fall asleep between midnight and 2 AM (closer to 2 AM....)

Between 11pm and 2am here. Usually closer to 2am. Something I should probably stop doing, since I then usually end up sleeping until 11am unless I have some place I have to be before then, with great difficulty.
