Be honest James. Your reviews don't take up much space on your hard drive.

One has to post his forum membership email address when writing a review. The admins could send the reviewer an email, explaining why the band(s) was removed. They could also include the original review(s) in the email. It isn't very hard to copy that text into an email.

True, many many bands inclusion I disagree with, but they're here to stay and there is little we can do.

Live with it people.

Why not try to see it from the other side? Let's say that some of the members are against a certain addition. Wouldn't they think that the time someone spent to add that artist had been spent in vain? Wouldn't you say so about the additions you disagree with?

As for the "live with it" thing, I am going to use an old cliché: "This is a discussion forum, we're here to discuss things". Wink

Good idea! Thumbs Up If we're going to have Prog Related we need a specialist, that's the least we can ask. Perhaps that would reduce the number of questionable additions. I'd prefer seeing both a specialist and a much stricter policy regarding the addition of bands in the Prog Related category though.

Neither should be removed.. Definitely since there are some high quality reviews added to the website!

Plus these bands DO have have something to do with progressive music in general.

Let them stay is what I say Wink

still most of the old reviews were made without forum membership, so it's not an option.

Proto prog surely should not be removed and maybe prog related may stay as well.

On the other hand proto prog could have a place as it shows the history of progressive music while both categories contain bands that some will think deserve if not to be in these genres then in true prog genres.

Well, check the votes. That will give you an idea about my vote too...
