   I recommend 107.1 FM for a radio station. They're your fairly typical rock n' roll station but with a decent amount of proggy stuff. (Also Canadian radio stations have to play a certain amount of Canadian music so there'll be plenty you haven't heard... some of which you might like.  )

Some bands on the radio here I like that you might not have heard of...
(Late 60s, 70s) Trooper, Prism, Max Webster, Kim Mitchell, The Paupers, Lighthouse, (band leader Skip Prokop died this August. =( He had some cool aggressive and jazzy drumming)
(90s) Big Wreck, I Mother Earth (first two albums mostly)
(00s and 10s) July Talk, Glorious Sons, Nathan McNevin + the Silence Factory

	ive allready been, was very excieting and i became quite familiar with the main streets and would happily return someday.
