I voted for Pawn Hearts since it had least votes, but in my opinion it was equal to CTTE and Red. Where is Dark Side Of The Moon, btw?

There is no such thing.
What is the best painting ever?
Book?
Food?
Car?
Does "best" = "popular," or "your favourite?"
These matters are purely subjective -- no two people share the exact same taste. There are many great prog albums in my collection that are more or less equal in quality, but each is different, and "best" for different times and moods.
I find the whole concept silly and rather childish, sorry.

Well, three of those named are "best," at different times, for me.
Prawn Farts (tiny bubbles!) is superb, agreed, but "best" played when my wife is out....

3. Selling England by the Pound - Genesis
4. Si On Avait Besoin d'une Cinquième Saison - Harmonium
5. Tales Of Mystery And Imagination - The Alan Parsons Project

"Red" from these. "CTtE" is a tight second!

Red (again), then i would say "Pawn Hearts" by VdGG, they're both very dark, bizarre prog albums, love 'em...

Yeah, a decent amount of albums are missing but from the ones given Id
have to chose Close to the Edge (Foxtrot right behind it.)

One likes to believe
In the freedom of music
But glittering prizes
And endless Compromises
Shatter the illusion
Of integrity

I would replace 'Brain Salas Surgery' instead of 'Foxtrot' in your list and then I might vote!

How subjective music is! I miss bands like Rush (Moving pictures), ELP (Trilogy), Pink Floyd (The wall), Gentle Giant (In a glasshouse) and Marillion (A script for a jester's tear) .... But from your list I pick up Foxtrot (like Tony Banks) as my favorite progrock album from Genesis because Genesis is my favorite progrock band.
