Yeah, we all have different tastes.  I love the vocalist on I AM, though there are a couple spots that grated on me at first (though Tomas claims that was deliberate, and that he asked the singer to do that to emphasize the lyrics and feeling).

Does Roine sing lead on The Black Forest album?  I can't remember.  Guess I better spin that one again, it's been a while.

Cool, good to know.  I guess I've been mistaken all these years LOL

Still, those are two of the best by my estimation anyway, with Flower Power having my favorite "song" ever by the band on it.

I gotta say again though, I'm really surprised at the lack of love for Sum.  Rainmaker being lower than A&E is, I guess, not surprising but certainly not what I'd pick.

Good points Gus, I think the thing that actually surprised me the most was that Unfold the Future was as low as it was.  While I love Paradox, I'd have expected it to be further down on the preference chart.

Is this page accurate?

http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=37641

I thought Roine said the album was under an hour, and that there would be a bonus disc. How does everyone feel about these new song titles?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Very cool chart, Roland, very scientific. Good work. Thumbs Up

I was wondering where that came from, so I don't know.

The only surprise for me is that it hasn't been down voted yet LOL
I figured there'd already be some one star reviews by now LOL

Atomic Crimson - You're welcome, enjoy and I think you'll enjoy the ones coming in.

(Point for Pablo too ;)

Darkshade - thanks man, I'm all about the science

Gus (Infandous) - Amusingly enough, that was my first thought as well (oh, someone added the new FK CD, I wonder if it has an overall rating of 1 yet)

I hope it is.  The more songs, the better, especially with a 25-minute song on there.  With more songs, it makes a large margin for error.  For example, if there are only five or six songs on an album, and you aren't wild about one or two of them, then that is a high percentage of stuff that you aren't wild about it, but with nine songs, even if one or two aren't to your liking, then there are still seven or eight that are!  Plus, TFK has always done a great job with song lengths in the 6 to 8 minute range, so I really hope that is accurate.

Ok, so I won an iTunes gift card this morning.  Do I get Tour Kaputt or RPWL's latest?  (I'm leaning strongly towards RPWL as I've heard the FK stuff before but wanted to get input)
