Next thing you know, you'll be telling us that Hitler had a slogan saying "Make Germany Great Again" Tongue

Confused He did. Where do you think Trump got the idea from?

Even if Hitler did say "Make Germany Great Again" I wouldn't have known because he was speaking in German. Tongue

No, Steve is right.   In fact it's not even a stretch or an insult: Trump would without doubt say 'They're very fine people, they're just patriotic nationalists who love their country".

Trump has no ethics nor is he very bright, and you must understand and accept this if you're going to support him or you risk identifying with the very ignorance that allowed the National Socialist movement to rise in Germany.

Trump may not be a fascist, but he's a carrier.

^^ "machen Deutschland wieder groß"

That's the beauty of the internet, it's easy to research. While he did use the expression "make Germany great again" various times, which is hardly surprising under the circumstances, I've read that it wasn't a campaign slogan. That said, the idea of making Germany great again, and becoming glorious, was important to Nazi's.

From a speech of his: "Nationalism and Socialism has to be redefined and they had to be blended into one strong new idea to carry new strength which would make Germany great again" (Adolf Hitler, 1940).

Which is eerily similar to "Grab them by the pussy and make America great again!"

As per usual, you guys have been deceived again.   Are you delusional?  Or just easily fooled/   Trump never said white supremist and the KKK were fine people.  Trump condemned white supremist at 1:25 in the video below.  Trump was defending the folks who wanted to preserve the statue and the park's name.    You've seen the edited version of what Trump said.   Here is the entire video.  Do you dare watch an unedited version of the truth?  Or do you choose to believe the fake news lie?

^ Who said anything about white supremacists and the KKK ?   The reference was to the nationalist movement in Germany in the '30s, of which Trump would have quietly admired and publicly defended.   I think you just can't handle that alarming realization.

Oh, you can read minds?  How long have you been able to read President Trump's inner thoughts?   Can you read everyone's thoughts?    I can't read minds, so can you show me evidence of Trump saying positive things about Nazi Germany?  Just one and I will go away.

Fake news again.   ABC broadcasts Fake Turkey-Kurd footage.  The war footage was filmed at a Kentucky military show.

Zucker head of CNN tells staff that every broadcast should push the Trump Impeachment.   CNN doesn't report the news...They make the news up.

New York Times publishes fake Trump news story.  Fake news all day, every day.

I could pick a different anti-Trump,  weekly, fake news story from ABC, NBC (easy), CNN, Washington Post, New York Times.  Every week.   Heck, I could do a weekly top ten anti-Trump, fake news stories.

You're completely missing the point and using an absurd "mind reading" position the way someone does when they have nothing else to bring to the table.   Besides, who said one has to be a mind-reader to perceive and interpret what a public figure's position could be on an issue.

Liberals like to watch CNN, so I'm sure they'd much rather choose to believe the Fake News lie, in just the same way as they believed the Fake News lie that the audience for Obama's inauguration was bigger than it was for President Trump's inauguration. Smile

That means nothing. David Duke is about as irrelevant to President Trump as The Dukes of Hazzard. Tongue

^ ^I kind of hate getting in to it on the whole Trump thing but I'm always fascinated with the whole "Fake News" concept.   If you believe Trump fake news consists of what people commonly refer to here in the US as the mainstream media. This would include NBC, CBS, ABC,CNN , NPR, AP, The New your Times, The Washington Post & many other reputably news outlets many of which have been around for over 50 years. But we are suppose to dismiss all of these news sources and get our information from Fox News, Breitbart & a handful of talk radio crackpots because, ya know " They tell the truth" Never ceases to amaze me.

You won't be surprised to hear I only watch Fox News - the Real News Network.  I can't even trust the left-wing biased BBC any more since President Trump got elected. That's why I stopped wasting my money on the BBC TV license fee. Smile
