Swedish shining is pretty great. The Eerie Cold and Halmsted are both great albums... but I think Shining Norway is better. That's just me though.
Magma is GREEEAT. If you wanna hear a made up language but faster more hectic music, Koenjihyyakei. I like them more than Magma.

I believe the rhythmic cadence of the sounds and syllables are probably more important than the literal meaning. I think he thought of it as a language only in the sense that he saw John Coltrane's sax playing as a new language. That's just my opinion though.
