I thought so at first too, but I really really love the way he arranges things and has different instruments coming in at out at different times. It's extremely meticulous.

I haven't played in 3. I used to always  make crazy green decks that would produce 20 mana by turn three, but I'd spend so much cards on my ramp I'd have very few cards to take advantage of that. Garruk was my favorite because he both accelerated mana and could be a win condition.
