I actually have a pretty good metal voice. Although it does help what mood I'm in.

I'm pretty sure there are more than enough bassists

That applies to guitarists too, (once I'm recording), so JJ it's not a big deal.  I'd stick to drums, we're gonna need for more or less every track

I could always just push the record button and wrestle a polar bear.

Working on a jazzy soft rock piece that I'd like to have recorded by tonight.  It's gonna need some keys, synth, and light drums when it's done, and I've got some ideas in mind that I'll compose in GPro and put up for download.

I like
The only problem is it always ends up with me having to replace my cybernetic light-up testicles. They do get upgrades though (like adding ice makers inside them which is good for when I f**k and try to get above 32 degrees while the ice is still being produced so I have to do it really hard and fast and ahhhhh), so I shouldn't complain.

That is a good point though, unless told otherwise I'm gunna just improv whatever  I'd like (fitting to the music of course) but if anyone did have drums in mind just lemme know what you were thinking, OR use GP if you have it.

Yes, do it.
And I hope we get some actual song parts recorded.
Difficult to do drums for anything we got, unless I go real ambiance

JJ, can you do some light Jazz fills? Because that would be key.

Yeah thats along the lines of what I was thinking. Also I guess there's no harm in recording some stuff or kicks. If the original creator/the band doesnt like than no biggie.

Thats why we need to get some of the metal in here! Rawks Until then its going to be ambiance style drumming
Also I must be dumb...when I click on your third piece it opens up Joel's??

Well, my freind has a electric guitar, but he's overly protective of it, and I was going to ask him if I could borrow it to record some heavy riffs, but he knows my habit of breaking strings. Anyway, it doesn't have a great distortion sound and I cbf'd buying a decent amp/pedal.

Yeah, I was thinking of recording some guitar but all I can do is pretty much make heavy riffs
Though this band isnt really cut and dry! Im going to attempt to make a slow, heavy type recording tomorrow w/ drums. Even if just for fun
OK forgive my technology handicap...how can I layer/multi track?

OK, how do I layer/mix together?
Im going to be spunky and try making a guitar/drum part tomorrow.
And when I figure that out, if you'd like ACYL I can add some drums to yours and see what you think. If not its cool, and whatever style you'd like of course

I'm more of a noodler on guitar, I can improv a simple solo, and some weird riffs, but that's it.
