I was still wondering what this meant  , but the hint about the statues was clear to me.

"Gesundheit" is a German remark which you use when someone sneezes. Literally it means "(good) health". "Gesundheit" is being used in the English language too, for the same purpose; it is one of the German words which made it into the English language. And of course the name "Hatshepsut" is reminiscent of someone sneezing.

I realized this afterwards, for it is the same in Dutch: we usually say "Gezondheid", which of course means the same. But my thoughts were travelling, I guess...
