Idea for a troll: Go around these forums and talk about how much you hate Magma. Try and seem dead serious. I can't imagine the amount of flame such an individual would receive.

That may have been done before, though.

The problem with that is that there are a large number of people who don't like Magma or don't even know them or Zeuhl, so the joke would spiral out of control.

Really? Based off of my (admittedly somewhat brief) experience here, I've gotten the impression that Magma are absolutely adored by everyone here. Not that they don't deserve this - I love Magma, too.

Well, I have yet to see someone speak ill of Magma. Which is strange, because it seems like every other big prog band has its fair share of vitriolic haters on these forums.

They're out there, but after a while all the abuse and hate makes you numb to criticism, to the point where other users opinions mean jack all beyond those you know and trust.
