Eh, I don't see it being that huge a deal. 1: Illegal as it is, it was done to get over injury but 2: it's American Football how many of these dudes are taking god knows what to boost their bodies?
I think his performance this year clearly shows Peyton isn't on the HGH anymore lol!
Speaking of O lines (my previous comment) I always said Brady is a great QB that can do anything, but he can't do pressure. He's always got that perfect pocket, if not he struggles. Saw it this game, night and day difference. Clean pocket: Magic happens. Someone gets in the pocket: rushed passes, too high, too wide.
I think the Jets really dominated that game, I'd say NE got a lucky break with a questionable fumble BUT it was clearly negated by the most epic f**k up of the year after that coin flip....that player should be cut (after he's beaten by Bill) for that mistake!!!
Anyway, I've been a fan of Fitzpatrick so cool to see him on a good team and finally hitting his potential. The Harvard boy is a not only pretty good, but a scrambler, clutch and one tough SOB. He's got some big weapons, fierce pass rush. Jets make the playoffs and I think they have some potential.

Brady was under constant pressure all day, game was won in the trenches by the Jets D Line. You think they are cutting Slater, a pro bowl special teamer you're an idiot. Nothing questionable about the fumble, extremely clear.

What a time for the high flying Steelers offense to lay a turd or give credit to the arch enemy Ravens, most likely a little of both. The defense made Mallot look like a seasoned vet, . Their playoff chances now rest in what others do. Seemed to be a bit of upset Sunday today with Panthers loosing and Seahawks also.
And the Redskins win the powerful NFC East, who would have thought. Cards look awesome..
Al Jazeera reporting on Manning, really.... , humorous whether true or not.
Been busy last night and today, didn't get to comment but needless to say the Giants completely embarrassed themselves in prime time. Nothing else to say, just a shameful pathetic display that proved just how valuable ODB is to this offense, (or another way how terrible it is outside of him). Defense did their job for the first quarter, but they're already on shaky enough ground...was not gunna hold on very long especially put in such bad situations. I knew it'd be bad without Beckham but wow....there's no one. Even Eli looked really off his game. Just shameful.
Cool to see the Jets and Rams win. Pittsburgh proved why you can't assume any game is an automatic win
And I think Arizona solidified themselves as best in the NFC. What a beatdown. Can rush you with defense, bomb you with offense, just love the way they play. I don't see Seattle as a real big threat, sorry guys but I dont. The Redskins Packers...eh. Panthers, I just think they have too many weaknesses covered up by Cam.
What was that missed FG!? Most insane miss I've ever seen.
What a game! Both defenses really showing off, but both back up QBs are proving they can lead a team (well a good one at least). I never got why McCarron was so lowly regarded. Alabama is pro style team (I forget that's not preferable these days).
Holy crap! That was may have been the worst possible way to lose such a great game. Wow. This was one helluva football weekend.

Not exactly the best played game but certainly a very enjoyable one. Certainly another crazy week in the NFL.

Woulda liked a Broncos loss to see the Chiefs take over the division, but somehow a game with 2 backup QBs playing 2 elite defenses ended up being very enjoyable.

Certainly enjoyable game.
Ther problem relies in the terrible referees who suspiciously put extra pressire on the Brocos:
Three times the Broncos receiver was caught by one arm

Yes, I'll be forever grateful for what he did for the NFC East!
That said, a sad end to a sad year for the Giants. Guess it's only fitting they end the season the way they played all year: Zero defense, dropped balls, penalties, maddening play calling and an almost comeback led by Eli who yet again carried the team a position to win, but they couldn't capitalize.
Really is amazing how completely awful this defense is, game in and game out. Pathetic, and sad they couldn't manage to beat the lowly Eagles to end the season with a W. Especially since it's been widely reported Coughlin is retiring, (or "retiring") Shame it had to end this way.
Well, hoping they address these defensive issues. Eli has proven he can manage with the little he has, so we don't really need more offense. Get some pass rushers and secondary!
Bad Fitzpatrick picked a piss poor time to show up, and helps Pittsburgh sneak into the playoffs who could be a real darkhorse

Shame the jets couldn't win and keep the steelers out of the playoffs.
Will be interesting to see how the QB situation in Denver plays out.
As a giants fan my eyes now head towards free agency/the draft and the changing of the guard in the offices/sidelines.

What a crazy regular season! Looks like Rex had his day against the Jets, although Jets gave it away. They played bad and gave the Steelers an undeserving gift. Thanks
No team in the AFC looks great, Steelers 2nd running back is hurt, don't know how serious yet and our defense is terrible. Ben throws too many picks along with all the yards and TDs.
Patriots O line is all banged up with no same starters from week to week it seems, plus all the other injuries.
Denver's offense is a big question mark.
Houston wins a bad division.
Chiefs seem to be the most stable of the group, but don't think they can get it done.
Bengals QB situation is still a question mark, not sure when Dalton comes back and will he pick up where he left off or be rusty.
NFC is a 3 horse race, Panthers, Cardinals, and Seahawks. Hawks look hot again.
SF and Cleveland have fired coaches, Browns are a train wreck.

The Lions leave us living the "what if" offseason. Start the season 0 and 7. End the season 7 and 2, with 1 loss being the Green Bay hail mary loss. If they had only gone 3 and 4 to start the season...if the refs made the correct call in the Seattle game....if they had split with Minnesota...

The young players win games
The veteran players win championships.
Brock is not ready yet
Too much pressure for him
Really, here is some young vs. veteran for you
That's exactly my point.
A veteran (In good shape of course) may loose a game and a newbie may win 2 or 3, but in the real important games, those that define championships, you need experience.
Yesterday it was evident that Manning could manage the hard moment and regain the confidence of the team

No shock here...though it is a sad day. TC will never have to buy a drink/meal in the NY metro area again...and I'm sure in the near future he will be back to have his name put into the Gmen ring of honor. It feels weird needing a coach. I wish the GM would go too...
Of course that precipitates who will they bring in for the next coach. Curious if McAdoo will be promoted or if the search will be primarily outside of the building.

ahhh.. and yesterday just made his eventual upcoming mplosion in the post season in a flurry of pick offs and weakly thrown footballs all the sweeter..
