This is one of McLaughlin's best efforts. All around efforts. A solid effort ! It's melodic and outside the melody. It's also atmospheric. I've never heard him play guitar quite like this in the past. It's a shame more people don't know about this album. and.....Dennis Chambers on drums? This guy is just incredible. Color me so surprised that anyone would even mention this.

Someone rehearsing for an opera in the next room. I'm not sure which one, I don't usually listen to operas, but this one is fairly nice

Solo EP from (former?) Izz vocalist Laura Meade. Probably my most played album (EP) over the past few years. She has such a gorgeous voice. I sure hope to hear more from her in the future, although last I saw she was singing in a musical in New York, so not sure if we will hear anything new from her or not.
