Isn't it weird how you fear mediocrity and being average so much, even when that means you're better off than 50% of the people in the world. Average is looked upon as something that is bad. EVERYONE has to be exceptional. Oh, you're ONLY average. If you're not "the sh*t" then you have to think you're "the sh*t."

Maybe that's the problem with my generation in America. We were the first kids to get "participation trophies." Told we were exceptional when we weren't. Then the moment we hit 12, 13, 14, 15 we immediately exposed ourselves to the hell that is the internet and realized. "I'm not special. I am an insignificant SPECK on this planet."

Then everyone became haters and trolls and a****les to replace their lack of real self-confidence with unwarranted self-confidence. The worst kind that exists.

I try not to be a part of any generation but I'm realizing that I'm one of the lazy, entitled jerkoffs.

Woot. Here's your morning cup of negative Shred.

But hey, at least you guys are all exceptional. :-D

So... is baseball still a sport?

there's this blind pervert that makes videos on youtube somehow (they do have computers for the blind its very confusing)- some old guy- and he reviews videos of other peopel sh*tting but this online group discovered him so they made tons of videos of peopel NOT sh*tting but doing other things that sound like people taking a sh*t like making poop grunt noises while dropping frozen globs of toothpaste into water or fake diarhea and just shooting tons of shampoo into toilets and this guy keeps going on youtube and making review videos of the sh*ts and goes into detail about what was good and bad about each poop

This is a real thing. I cant look it up at work right now but there is an Encyclopedia Dramatica article. :-D

Very slow these last few days.

I'm finding it difficult to find a good small press to submit my work to.

Tanner, be innovative as hell and create a website something like "bookcamp" and make it so people can upload their books in many formats and design their own store. The authors could also upload audiobook version of themselves reading the book, both for purchase and for preview purposes. The owners of bandcamp would probably be interested in expanding their artistic reach in such a way.

If you're interested, I'll help you and we'll be billionaires.

Dude, you're learning how to program too, aren't you? :O

That'd be the greatest idea in history if we make it easier to do than amazon. Big smile

I know. I'm not much of a grindcore fan, but I need to get this. It's like 5 bucks, though. Kind of a rip off.
