Hopefully the Giants can go out next week and lay a Eagles styled beat down on the Giants.

Sorry to ruin your team's night Jj. Might want to tell them to spend more time in the film room than on twitter running their mouths.

Of course by that you mean 2 players, and the media had to blow it up...then it became the war of words. You KNOW Coughlin was fuming and Eli was internally shaking his head at it all. Which btw the videos posted of Eli crying was a nice touch ;) dude wasn't even involved, and I heard about the "above average" number of fights, Giants fan who had beer bottles thrown at him, and the vietnam vet who had their prosthetic leg stolen....all true. Way to be winners Philly :P

In fact, unusually blunt words from Easy E saying the team  "need to grow up this week." I like the quiet lead by example thing, but honestly wouldn't mind him speaking up a bit more, and I'd almost like to see him call someone out and not take the blame. Would be such a slap to hear "You all f**ked up, now shut up" basicallyLOL

But yeah, that superb O line fell apart. They better get their act together and fast.

This is the part of the schedule I was dreading. Was hoping to beat Philly and Dallas, before that Colts to Niners stretch, but now Dallas is legit it seems. I was hoping it was weakness of schedule but that was a beatdown of Seattle.... very worried!

Ties should be banned. What a stale way to finish a football game.

Oh, and I never heard of Mike Missanelli before last night, but I have now, and for such sterling reasons!
Not sure I buy his apology either, it was instantly clear Cruz was in a bad way. Like in the amount of time it took me to process he dropped the ball, it also hit me he was injured and badly. Considering he was walking to his car, or subway, he'd be the fastest tweeter on Earth to type that without realizing he was hurt.  Glad you knuckledraggers can make a mean cheese steakWink

I'm ok with ties, but this newer system STILL doesn't fix the issue fully, since a team can still win OT without the other having a chance. It's better, but still flawed.

I completely agree with you that it's better. It still doesn't make much sense, but it's better.

It was more than two players. I remember Rolle, Prince, and DRC off the top of my head. Also, the entire team decided to stop on the logo midfield before the game. The video was harmless. I'm not sure why people make a big deal about that.

And come on. There's fights at every NFL stadium. We're not beating people to death like out in CA.

Nobody in this city likes Missanelli either.

And it always seems to be SF related, football or baseball.  Hmm...

Pats/Jets tonight.
Well this should be funLOL

I'd like to say after playing surprisingly well against Denver (until it fell apart) with this big rivalry and NE not being their usual self still, the Jets pass rush..maybe it'll be exciting. Until I woke up from my dream!
Not sure if this is his usual BS mind games, or his usual being an a****le, but Bill said he may play Revis at WR. IF so, this would of course be purely to stick it to NY. Which, while that'd be disgusting to do, I'd have to chuckle since Jets are such a joke.

Speaking of jokes...Giants play Cowboys, and I'm as excited as getting my teeth pulled out without any drugs. I pray for a shootout and maybe Romo does what he used to do.

I had thought this would be a cake walk, but the Ridley and Mayo injuries will hurt.  We'll see.

Not so sure about Ridley...the patriots backfield is quite a mess...I suspect one of the other backs could come in and play decently enough to fill the void. Mayo on the other hand will definitely hurt.

Ugh....soooooooooo close.

That was shockingly close all game long, Jets were never out of it, and honestly Geno didn't play badly. Not great, but not bad. That final drive was perfection. Well, given how we all figured a blowout, can't complain!

Wow the Pats defense was atrocious.

Jets and Geno did play a very good game.  Probably the best I've seen from Geno in the NFL.

Glad Percy Harvin is gone...good riddins! He was a mess and wayyyyy too expensive. Many diehard Hawks fans are banging their heads against the wall right now trying to figure out why.

Explosive player but we have too many receivers right now and his wild cat offense was stuffed by the Cowboys, they saw that end around play coming a mile away everytime.

Yeah, hope the Jets didn't give up too much. I know they see his explosiveness and are wowed (and Jets are in desperate need of playmakers) but Harvin is too injury prone and inconsistent, and his attitude is total sh*t. I've heard he's yet again "worn out his welcome" to be politeLOL
We know the deal...we get wowed by flash and pizzazz but Seattle fans will move on quick I'm sure. He aint worth it.  As for New York, we shall see if he can give em anything.

Some intriguing games. Cincy/Indy has major potential, Carolina/Green Bay and praying the G men have been humbled and can prepare for the seemingly legit Cowboys

The Jets gave up a conditional draft pick to the Seahawks for Harvin.  The thing is, Seattle freed up a lot of cap room for some of the contracts they'll have to sign in the next couple of seasons, Russell Wilson's included.  So really, couple that with locker room drama, Seattle had no choice but to get rid of him.

No one is talking about the SD Chargers , which is good as they have been on quite a roll. Rivers must be the most underrated QB in the NFL.
I never post anything anywhere without doing more than basic research, often in depth.

Thumbs Up Love what the chargers are doing. And their only loss was by one point.
