That PiL track was good.

As a Chicago fan of old I've borrowed/seen a couple of DVDs of the modern line-up. They trotted out the old pre Shag 6 material, and have all the look boredom in their faces, doing it in their sleep. Trouble is the American fan base seems to lap it all up instead demanding some attention. The Chicago By Request DVD is abysmal - Robert lamb's first vocal note on that is flat too. I admit the Earth Fire Wind with Chicago at Greek theatre is fun, especially when both bands play together 25 or 6 to 4 - but there Chicao have a challenge to stay awake.

Perhaps that's why California Transit Authority take on the early Chicago sounded fresh - btw did that album ever get a legit release?

I got myself a white label copy of the album and a promotional DVD of the band playing snippets of tunes. Oddly the promotion was out of Guildford - what 5000 miles from California

I'm sorry to say but I completely lost the connection around 9:30 and never got it back.  I kept refreshing and it tried to buffer but nothing happened.

That means I missed a vast chunk of the show. Cry

Who intends listening tonight? Who still has problems with linking with the webcast - we are endeavouring to sort things our end, if possible?
