AMT - Absolutely Freak Out

One of my absolute favorites! How do you like it?

It's quite good. A great combination of hypnotic and explosive. Not ready to put it as my favorite AMT album at this point, but it's up there.
Absolutely agreed.

It actually kind of reminds me of your music in some respects. It's got a homegrown, lo-fi feel/aesthetic to it. It's not nearly as prog, tho

I liked the cover and it was on the Century Media label.  It is a side project from Dirk Thurisch from the band Angel Dust.

Next question:

How did this get into my collection? Embarrassed

Ok. So I thought the couple of hits off of it were kind of catchy and when I found it used for $4 I picked it up.

If Neil Young tried to play doom metal and had a British accent instead of a Canadian one, it would probably sound a lot like this.
