I ran last week for 10 minutes and now my leg hurts worse than it did whenever it first started hurting, so I think I have to stop running forever.

Have you tried going to a physical therapist? Helped me a ton.

I don't feel like seeing a doctor because I'm scared of doctors. I've come up with a new cardio plan so I don't need to run.

My physical therapist didn't seem like a doctor, more like a trainer but I suppose if you've still got the cardio going.
