That's never a good feeling to have. Whenever I get like that, I listen to some music that I can sing along to because it temporarily changes my focus.

I would never be caught singing for anyone. I skipped all concerts when I was in required chorus in class middle school and almost failed because of it.
I haven't had to sing in concerts since elementary, I was okay with it back then apparently.

You could do push-ups or something. I pretty much workout every day because it takes an hour off of the time that I would otherwise be hating myself during.
