I wasn't really excited about Them Crooked Vultures, I guess I just don't like Josh Homme that much. QOTSA has their moments, though. I haven't really paid attention to any BCC members' pasts (apart from Sherinian's DT times and Hughes' works with Iommi) but they're the best hard rock thing I've encountered in a few years.
