I've seen it in stores before, but it was fringing on $30 - so for something I probably won't listen to more than 3 times... er... no

Haha, yeah, that's understandable then. If you can find it for cheaper, then go for it.

Evening all. I'm in a surprising amount of pain, and I've decided I'm not a good enough reviewer to do a good job of Still Life. I've managed to write something up for Pilgrims, but that's about it. Well done on the promotion, Alex! (even if this means you're going to have to fix that joke Pawn Hearts review WinkLOL)

Oh come on Rob, if I can review Still Life then it can't be that hard.

and you have to fix your abomination of a Moving Pictures review

Emusic might have it (there's quite a lot of Rez on there).

I think you should at least appreciate it somehow; it's pretty damn weird. I love both of our albums, but I much prefer the 2nd. With that said, I wouldn't change anything from the 1st. It may take you some listens though... I wouldn't know for sure since I've heard all the music like 150 times, but it seems like it may prove to be a grower for some people. I don't know. At least it's free. Tongue

"pretty damn weird"... hehehe.  Might be my cup of tea then!! LOL  As soon as I've heard it I'll let you know what I think...

I haven't been listening to much over the past week or two (been busy having Life Changing Experiences an' all!!!) so it'll be good to get back into music-appreciation mode!

I imagine!

I've been listening to more music over the past week or two, if that's even possible. LOL

Ah, there's a certain warped sense of humour at work with that music.  If you're not in on the joke, it doesn't really work.

...I must say that the vast majority of Residents fans I've met in real life were pretty weird individuals. Confused LOL

Yeah, then I fit the bill. I'm really weird. That's reflected in my music. LOL

I'm definitely weirder than Mike, so that makes sense. Tongue

I gave it three stars! Because it's an OKish album. And despite the fact that I only really like about three of the songs on it.
