I hope you don't mind that I moved her over to the next page hmmm makes you wish, that she plays triangle instead of the cello.
after having put my head in a bucket of ice cold water (which is not really neccesary because it's freezing cold in Paris and it's raining for weeks now) I found the solution:
T-Rox : it must be tye Swedish band 'Zello' and yes I thought that you appreciate physics somehow but is not 'signals' it has somthing to do with sound...
(I have to trust the google image choice so)
BTW I like your new music snippet game, how can you extract only a portion of a track?

I'm voting with you on the triangle!
Zello is the correct answer!
...and to think that I nearly stopped at some guy playing an electric cello I stumbled across that picture by searching Bond (as in the girl violin band) and Cello.
So then, Al, is your puzzle Waves by Jade Warrior
Another: Single word band name...

I just record and edit snippets of tracks using Media Player and Audacity ... type Audacity into Google and Audacity Download should be the first thing that comes up. You will also need a LAME mp3 encoder if you do not have one already ... type LAME into Google and you should get LAME mp3 Encoder ... and a little further down an Audacity "How To" about LAME with a download link embedded in the page ( which is where I think I first got it from about two years ago ).
I used to use Audacity a fair bit when I was involved in Community Radio ( I do miss the radio station ) to make promos and sponsorship announcements, record the odd vinyl track to stick on the station computer, and the like.
Recently ( over the last 12 months or so ) I have been using Audacity to record my albums - LP & CD - as one complete file and saving to mp3. Unfortunately my external hard disks got a power spike and it looks like I may have lost all of these files, plus all my other mp3 tracks that I have ripped. I have lost about 400GB of music that I was going to get around to saving to DVD as a back-up ( but never did )

I think I could get into learning the cello if this young lady was the teacher
Bandwidth didn't even get into my head, so let's hope you have it Guzzman!
Okay, Guzzman, I am thinking your rebus is Watertouch
A two-word band name...
And it was Vantasma for my last rebus, Guzzman Edited by T.Rox - July 05 2007 at 19:14 |

Watertouch is spot on !
Your's seems to be Yoke Shire, the American ProgFolk outfit. This one's a band, 2 words in the name: My grandad was a professional cello-player and now I wonder why he choose that instrument ... |
