I'm going to have to give Musica Transonic another listen sometime today...still not sure if I think they'd be a good fit for RIO/Avant.  They're noisy, yeah, but...I think that's more in the production than the actual playing.

And how are you getting on with Bondage Fruit?

I still only have Bondage Fruit I.  I'm hoping to get 2 and 3 sometime soon.

K.A. is disappointing because of many aspects.

It's a very repetitive and mostly uninteresting composition.
There's too much soloing on it.
The recording sounds mushy.

Bondage Fruit is the best.  The others aren't really as good... they basically follow the same formula and don't sound much different.

Enjoyable though but not if you play them back-to-back.

Odd, most of the reviews of them say that none of the albums sound quite alike. LOL

It's worthwhile, and better than Udu Wudu, but it definitely is nowhere near being Magma's best, and a lot of people seem to think it is lately

Since I don't have anywhere close to a majority of their albums, I can't say what's the best, I just think it's a great album.

Yes and I have no idea why they think that.

Emehntehtt-Re is far better and I genuinely think it's a masterpiece.  Maybe on-par, if not better, than M.D.K. and Theusz Hamtaahk and of course, better than the studio version of Wurdah Itah (which is inferior to the Trilogie au Trianon version).

They didn't release Arabesque.  They have the ones I just ordered yesterday though, I'd guess.  Just checked, those are the only two.  Arabesque is listed on Yoshi's website, released on Magaibutsu...haven't seen it anywhere else yet though.

Well, because it is far better and because we genuinely think it's a masterpiece.

I would say on-par, but not better than the Theusz Hamtaahk trilogy (not the live album, the piece of music)

which puts it above everything else they have except the debut, which is really a totally different everything

This is why it's near the top of my list too.  It and E-Re are basically even for me.

You do know the definition of opinion, don't you? Tongue

M.D.K. is a masterpiece though, no question about it.
