I'm so going to get this one day But I'll try to wait five or something years until I'm familiar with the Columbia output. How much was it? (Checked it myself, only 40 euros in the German Amazon, wow. Yay for money troubles, I'm really going to have to wait I guess.) I've heard only The Musings of Miles from his Prestige albums and I thought it felt quite good. Friday I bought: Shearwater - The Golden Archipelago

Only €40 indeed. I'm just getting into Miles Davis (and jazz in general) and I just couldn't resist 14 CD's for only €40. The Columbia box set would be a bit too much for me to spend though.
