Hi, Here's a poster that designed/painted for Muse. Let me know what you think. Jake

Very nicely made, but don't you think it's a bit too demonic for them?

Well, there's the flames, and the eyes look sort of fiery too.

very cool... but yeah... sort of dark... but hey... isn't that what is 'cool' day. It isn't like the good ol' days of prog with exotic landscapes and pretty flowers inner discovery and all that hippy sh*t haha.

Except for the very very odd Matt Bellamy, all I have to say is: wow.

Great! I find it to be very much in the spirit of Muse. RE the devilish aspect, well of course - they did sell their souls to the devil for mainstream success, didn't they? If in doubts, give The Resistance a listen then look it up in the charts

Hehe. Nah, Muse have been in the mainstream for years, they just happen to make less good music now. Take a Bow comes to mind when I look at that poster though. Nice job!

Yes - but the masses think it's by far their greatest success! This must be the work of the dark side...

I changed it a little bit, and I upped a smaller picture because I found the last size overwhelming.

Thanks man. Unfortunately I'm just as desperate as you are. Keep getting your work out there, and keep building a portfolio. Email labels, bands, musicians, etc and eventually you'll get some takers. All I'm trying to do right now is build a very diverse and dynamic portfolio that demonstrates a variety of skill sets. I do this for fun, mostly, and I haven't gotten that many paying jobs. The best part is working for bands I love, though, and I've been insanely lucky in that area. Don't be afraid to work for free, just to get your name out there. Good luck!

I find the kaleidoscope aesthetic to be a nice touch. Heck, even Belamy's face looks cool, but I would personally tone the flames down just a pinch. Other then that, nice job!

Very nice, some excellent work. Should post it on the Muse forum, they'll love it.

dso. I think you should put all your collages into a calendar for next year - i will be first to buy it! get your work out there cos if you dont no one will. its awesome stuff and should be marketed.
btw that Muse poster was well created but I did not like the red colours dominating making it look like hell.
