This one of the few series, that I have really started to love. I have watched all 4, and now watching the 5th.
I'll have to think hard which one I like more. Feel free to discuss and express your opinions about this TV series. |

Great stuff. Probably the funniest thing out of America. I'd say the first is by miles my favourite.

Yep. Hugh Laurie. His English accent is very English. You can probably find bits of a bit of Fry and Laurie, Blackadder Goes Forth and The Young Ones, and Jeeves and Wooster featuring him on Youtube. Doesn't bear a lot of resemblance to House, but often great.

I watched so far Season 1 and 2 on AXN Romania (so don't go telling me what happens next ), I like it a lot. The sarcasm is wild (it's the kind I like), but there are also good dillemas and general views over life throughout the whole series.
So far, I can't say I liked Season 1 over Season 2. The first took me by surprise, while in the second the episodes during which Wilson stayed at House's place, plus that Ving Rhames boss fellow tried to get rid of House were...delicious. Season 2 also had some drammatic moments (Foreman's disease), things that weren't reached, as a climax, in the first season. Oh, I just remember that I love the friendship between House and Wilson. There's something amazing in it. I'm far from knowing my best friend the way Wilson knows House (and viceversa). What can I say...I can't wait for Season 3 to finally come (on my local channel that is). Edited by Ricochet - November 22 2008 at 14:40 |

Whichever one had the urine drinking.
He does a very good American accent BTW. His Saturday Night Live appearance was really good, too. http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/episodes/Show_1473.shtml I vaguely remember the protest song had me ROFL. You can also watch episodes on the web, here's the official House home: http://www.fox.com/house/ Edited by Slartibartfast - November 24 2008 at 04:35 |

Wow! I thought my country was delayed on series, but you're in the 2nd?..... Glad you really like it, I hope you enjoy season 3,4 and 5, as much as the 2nd. Please, if you remember, tell me what do you think of the other seasons when you have watched them. |

2nd season by a hair as 1st and 3rd seasons are almost as excellent. This one had House's ex, the boss, the episode with foreman in trouble, and some of the best writing in the show. The first was the most refreshing and had "hello, sick people and their loved ones!". The third, apart from one episode, was consistently strong.
The 4th was easily the least interesting for me. It had some excellent episodes, but the first half, with the choosing the team didn't interest me that much. |

We practically saw Season 1 and 2 in a matter of months, they broadcasted three episodes each week, on Monday, Wednsday and Friday. With such a great offer, we immediately knew we're gonna starve till the next season will be purchased and delivered. |

It's the destiny of all TV series, especially the Hollywood ones: Lost has become a babel of mysteries, murders and murky acting, Grey's Anatomy is more drama gossip and completing all the possible matchmaking than medical stuff lately (at least that's my dissapointment with Season 4), Desperate Housewives (what was that I liked to that in the first place? ) already bores, I hear Star Trek Enterprise reached 0% audience by its last season, etc.... Dr. House, instead, even if losing steam, could have a nice, poetic ending, compared to other hits in the last 10 years or more... |

I loved that series, especially the last season. I think that it was a bad move for them to announce that the 4th season would be the last while they were still making it. On the other hand, if the executive had announced it later, we would not have such fantastic episodes as "In a Mirror, Darkly". Oh, and getting back to the topic: I love House ... can't decide which season. Monk is another favorite ... don't like Psych at all though. |

never saw Monk, but I heard it's special and funny and good. I mainly hate serials with Scott Bakula, but I did watch some Star Trek Enterprise mainly because of Jolene Blalock......never saw the last season though. |

I only watch 2 tv shows religiously and House is one of them . Went with the 2nd season because I thought the bit about Cameron liking him was all a bit silly.
I agree about the losing steam though... come on, 13 and Foreman? Talk about bottom of the storyline barrel.
