Francis Dunnery (It Bites) new Prog-Rock Project

   Former It Bites frontman Francis Dunnery announced a return to his prog-rock roots in a recent website missive that alludes to a "new progressives" CD and film project project slated for early 2009. The press release states that Francis Dunnery has teamed up with Flying Spot Entertainment with the aim of furthering the development of a "New Progressives" project. Dunnery's recent decision to return to his Progressive Rock roots has triggered substantial interest in the creative market as he prepares to release his first Progressive Rock project in years.

The move may have been influenced by recent collaborations with Steve Nardelli on a new release by The Syn (also featuring keyboardist Tom Brislin and Echolyn members Brett Kull and Paul Ramsey).
