I've joked about doing this, so I figure what the heck, let's give it a go.  I have created The Shred Room as a forum oasis for us thirty-somethings or thereabouts to kick back take our shoes off and talk about whatever it is we feel like talking about.  The thought is that this room will fill the void for those of us that are too old to hang out in the Suede Room, but not old enough to hang out in the Shed.

It's not like I don't talk endlessly about anything elsewhere anyways but I thought that it might be fun to have a room set up specifically for such a thing.   Anyhow, if your Clearasil using days are in the past, and your Just For Men hair coloring days are still in the future please stop in and chat.  We need help with the decor and deciding what album covers to hang up on the wall.

Well, despite that we have way too many rooms, let me congratulate Scott on deciding to open this...what?...no, my moustache isn't fake...why do you ask?...

I'm trying to think about what issues 30 year olds care about - uh, so how's work going?

Rico, my friend, you are always welcome to come in and shred with us.  Besides if you slip the doorman a fiver I'm sure he'd be happy to look the other way.

There was a short-lived sitcom or was it a soap called thirty somethings.  I never watched it and don't even know if it exists any more, but if they could make a show about it there must be something to it.

Vompatti, I suspect that we can make exceptions to those that help with the artwork on the walls, which are quite bare at the moment. Wink  I have a pair of brown shoes too, and ironically enough, they are suede.

I'm looking forward to retirement.  Oh wait, that is a Shed discussion point.

We can always reminisce about the first time we saw Yes...........with Trevor Rabin.

Mine are leather. Genuine leather. Cool As for the artwork for the walls, I think you should ask Francis Bacon instead.

My doctor says that I should cut down on my Bacon intake; bad for the cholesterol.

Not for me, saw the classic lineup (well, with Alan White anyway) in the late 90s, sort of a Keys to Ascension Tour.  Every time I've seen Yes it's been with Anderson, Squire, Howe, and White.

The first time that I saw Yes was the Union tour, so it was Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman, Howe, Rabin, White, Kaye, and Squire.

I have an album from the Dead Milkmen called Metaphysical Graffiti that includes the song "Anderson, Walkman, Buttholes and How". I had this long before I picked up the ABWH album.
