After hearing The Perfect Element and Remedy Lane both very often, I prefer Remedy Lane!

One hour by the Concrete lake. The song Inside is one of my PoS favorites.

The Perfect Element Part 1 beats out Remedy Lane by a very narrow margin.

Id would have to say TPE, but remedy lane is spectacular as well... sooooo hard to chose. BE was good, but in an interesting way, not an "oh wow i love this!" kind of way. Pain of Salvation puts out solid release after solid release making these types of polls very difficult for fans. But better that than the other options . keep on proggin... mike |

BE Live DVD because it's ungodly awesome.
But for a studio album? I really have no idea. I'd say BE since it's so different from anything I've ever heard, but they're all amazing. |

I'd have to say Entropia followed very closely by Remedy Lane and Be. Entropia has a very unique charm fond nowhere else. The songs Winning a War, People Passing By, Revival, Nightmist, and Plains of Dawn are all top PoS classics. Remedy Lane has really strong matierial in A Trace of Blood, Rope Ends, and Beyond the Pale. Be is an outstanding concept brought to life by very diverse composing. Entropia seems to be in the lead just because of the amazing quality of each song.

Remedy Lane vs. The Perfect Element. I guess for now I'll take the former.

Remedy Lane for sure. The Perfect Element is great but a little boring at the end
