Going to be that annoying not-on-the-list guy. I have heard that Gryphon album but it was not memorable for me. And I have heard the All Traps on Earth, which was pleasant enough retro, but did not make much of an impression on me either. Heard bits and pieces of others. Wikipedia does not seem to classify Anna von Hausswolff as Prog, but she clearly has made progressive rock to me and her Dead Magic would be my 2018 choice.

Infernal by Phideaux is my choice
I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

All Traps on Earth. I spent the whole weekend watching my socks sniff each other.

Galahad gets the nod, followed by Glass Hammer.
Welcome to the middle of the film.

Those are my 3 as well although I would reverse the order and put A Drop Of Light top. Proxy is my favourite Tangent album and Galahad seem to be a late bloomers for me as I love The Last Great Adventurer and The Long Goodbye as well as Seas Of Change.
