Being a big fan of film, I've grown to really appreciate Al Pacino. Which film that features him is your favorite?

Remember:
I'm refering to the film, not Pacino's performance.

Personally, I'd choose "Scent of a Woman", followed closely by "Dog Day Afternoon"

Peace & take care

Dog Day Afternoon all the way.  I personally think Scarface is an overrated piece of crap but that's just my opinion

Godfather 1, Godfather 2 or Dog Day Afternoon for me.

I like my Pacino like I like my prog...i.e., mostly from the 70s.

If Pacino was posting on this thread,he would post like this.Since "Sea Of Love" he has shouted and barked through most of his films diminishing, for me,one of our greatest acting talents!!

The first seven films named are brilliant and he is brilliant in them.Big smile

Pacino has made at least one bad move: Godfather 3: The "Invisible Touch" of the Godfather discography.

I personally don't understand what is so great about Scarface.  I thought it was pretty mediocre, to say the least

Well yeah, Godfather III wasn't that good.

Godfather II is his finest ever performance IMO, but all of the films mentioned are pretty good aside from GF III. Scarface seems to divide opinions sharply - I love it beause it's so magnificently OTT.
