jester789,

This may be a late addition to your thread, but I would be interested to know your opinion of the Trespass album In Haze Of Time.

The MP3 of the track with the same name from that album is good. Are the other tracks just as good?

Trespass is a very solid trio. Very good players, and Gil Stein (IIRC his name correctly) is proving to be one of the next great symph-prog type keyboardists. The problems I have with In Haze Of Time are 1) Gil's vocals are okay, but his lyrics aren't; and 2) the songs are all 'samey-sounding,' they have the same feel, share many of the same keys and tempos, and Gil's soloing, while very precise and muscular, lacks some character. I'm looking forward to their sophomore CD, because I'm sure these topics will be addressed.

Well... dropforge is right.. but you should listen to the album anyway. I do like it.. And they sound much better live. They are changing the tracks and and the sound of each and one of them..Evolving... I personally like it very much :)

Raya,

Any idea of when Trespass will issue a second album? Can you ask Gil next time you see him?

I bought  the Trespass album In Haze Of Time and have been very pleased with it ever since .Good musicians ! If their new album is in the same style I'll have to add it to my collection.
