Nice riddle, looks like  a detail or the inner gatefold of a record. I can't make out if  the face (artist?) is  painted or not.

Thanks for trying guys...but I finally got it... it was "The Bob Seger System"-Ramblin Gamblin Man... Ive never heard or seen that album before even though Im a big Seger fan.  Ive uploaded another one as my avatar if anyone knows it..  it looks like a couple of water bubbles or somethin??
