I'm a Moon Madness gent myself. Owned it all these years and I still don't get tired of it.

How rare is that in an album?

I ttotally agree!... but as a whole, I prefer the "Mirage" album, with "The Snow Goose" and "Rain Dances" matched simultaneously as close seconds.

Regards.

Mirage. The Snow Goose used to be my favourite but nowadays I prefer Mirage. Their first album and Moonmadness are also good.

Moonmadness, just slightly ahead of Mirage.
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

I've voted for 'Harbour of Tears', mainly because everybody would be voting for the classic 70s albums. Anyway, there's no song I dislike in 'Harbour of Tears', while I find some songs on 'Mirage' and 'Moonmadness' that doesn't do much for me, although they are probably favourites of many progheads here. I think the reason is that I don't like Barden's writting as much as Lamtimer's.

Unquestionably Mirage - with Harbour of Tears being the best non-Bardens album.

Mirage. You just can't go wrong with any song off that album. Especially Nimrodel and Lady Fantasy.

Ooooh, this was hard.

I really like the first four and choosing between them was difficult. I finally went with "Mirage". I really like the rougher edge of the first two albums but "Moonmadness" and "Snow-Goose" are great also.

All the best,
Per
