I had a bit of a vinyl frenzy at the weekend. I had not bought any for ages, but i couldn't resist raiding a great record shop in Reading (UK) I came out with the following (and all for under ú40!!) Greenslade -

You found a copy of "From Genesis to Revelation" in there? Not the one he previously had behind the counter for ú60 - the second press on the blue "Boxed" DECCA label??

I got copies of Gentle Giant's Power and the Glory [1974] I didn't realsie this LP was so early - always thought it was about 78' for some reason. and Third ear Band's Music from Macbeth - haven't played either yet - mat

The last three vinyls I bought were: Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow-Rainbow Land of the Midnight Sun-Al Di Meola Birds of Fire-Mahavishnu Orchestra Forgot to mention that I found a NM vinyl copy of Moving Pictures too

Technically the latest additions to my vinyl collection are Rush's Moving Pictures, Grace Under Pressure, and Power Windows, and Peter Gabriel's So and Peter Gabriel Plays Live. All are great and in good condition, though a few of the covers appea

I got an interesting piece of vinyl today - an early 70's American group called Ram and the LP from 1972 is called Where (In Conclusion) - iita a kind of proggy, hard rock mix - but defintiely has some great moments - <
